Campus Fun for 500: A night filled with pop culture trivia, pizza, and friendly competition for the Class of 2029.
Answer: What is ICC’s Pop Culture Jeopardy Night?
In Global Heritage Hall (GHH) on March 26th Roger Williams University’s ICC curated a Pop Culture Jeopardy gameshow. This event was exclusive to the class of 2029 and had sign ups for teams prior to the event.
The GHH atrium had tables assigned by team, as well as tables for students who wanted to watch but not participate. Each table had fun prizes for everyone that included slime, fidget toys, light up sunglasses, and more. Before the game show began, pizza from The Wave in Bristol was served and the excitement began.
Ten teams participated in the event, each one hoping to come out on top to win a prize. At the end of the game the first and second place teams got a prize for each team member. Winners received the option to pick from LEGO Orchids, a Stanley water bottle, a massage gun, and more!
The ICC class of 2029 executive board consists of President Emili Pol, Vice President Owen Osterday, Treasurer Erin Kalback, and Secretary Molly Burnett. This board organized and ran the event coming up with questions, getting prizes, and keeping everyone in the loop about the event the days leading up to it. With free pizza and prizes, it is no wonder this night was filled with excitement and competition.
