Transform your body with 1st Phorm workout challenge

It’s the dead of winter, which means that people are less likely to want to trek through the snow and icy pavements to conquer a workout at the gym. Perhaps they’re the opposite and are motivated to get that “summer body.” If you’re behind on the January resolutions and don’t know where to start, here’s a solution for you. Sign up for the 1st Phorm Transphormation Challenge!

The Phorm family is one big, supportive community comprised of motivated college students and adults who are essentially trying to either gain more muscle, lose weight, or stay in great shape. Right now, 1st Phorm is holding an “eight-week sprint.” Those with the best results can win up to 50 thousand dollars.

Registration for the challenge is closed as of Jan. 22, but you can still sign up for free and receive customized workouts, a diet plan, and your own personal trainer. If you are interested in participating in the next event, there will be another 60-day sprint within the coming year.

One of the 1st Phorm trainers, Ali Larrabee, is a junior nutrition student at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

“I first heard about 1st Phorm when I signed up for the transphormation challenge in 2017,” Larrabee said. “I had never heard of them before stumbling upon the Instagram [and] seeing they offered a completely free challenge focusing on better health. I thought to myself, ‘This is a no-brainer.’ I signed up and then immersed myself into the culture, which is the ‘phamily.’”

1st Phorm also sells helpful supplements such as protein mix to help burn fat or get you energized for your workouts.

“1st Phorm is more than just a supplement company. Over the past year I have made so many connections and friendships through the challenge and the company,” Larrabee said. “I decided I wanted to make an even larger impact, so I applied to be an independent contractor for the company. I wanted to meet as many people as I could, help those who feel completely lost when it comes to health and fitness, and most importantly, I wanted to keep growing my knowledge.”

Larrabee also has her very own brand-in-the-making: “Stronger With Ali.”

“Towards the end of 2017, I decided I wanted to be a trainer in the upcoming transphormation challenge,” Larrabee said. “I had been helped by so many that I wanted to, in a sense, return the favor and continue the momentum that 1st Phorm was cultivating. As a trainer, I not only get to work with people online all over the country — I have made very real friendships which I am proud to say have changed me for the better.”

You don’t even have to be in it for the money. Most people are in it to make better choices for themselves and to improve their lifestyle, and to feel the love and support from those who are trying to do the same. Hop off the couch this winter season and get fit for the summer months with a push from 1st Phorm fitness.
