Spinach Parmesan Dip

 This appetizer is a restaurant favorite, so, why not make this easy dish yourself? It only takes 20 minutes to whip up this super yummy and healthy dip!
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 pack of fresh spinach
– 1/2 cup basil leaves
– 1/3 cup of low-fat cream cheese
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
– 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh parmesan cheese
1.) Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
2.) Add garlic to mix and saute for 1 minute.
3.) Add salt and spinach and sauté for 3 minutes.
4.) Place spinach mixture in a colander and press until mixture is barely moist.
5.)  Place spinach mixture, basil, cream cheese, and pepper in a food processor; process until smooth.
6.) Spoon spinach mixture into a medium bowl. 
7.) Add yogurt and Parmesan; stir to combine. 
8.) Serve chilled or hot, however you like!
