Joker: Folie à Deux
Joaquin Phoenix is back as the Joker in this standalone story opening on Oct. 4. His Oscar-winning performance made the first film incredible and he can certainly reprise this character, but many feel that this sequel is not necessary with how well-rounded the first film’s story was. Lady Gaga will be joining as the infamous Harley Quinn and her role might give more depth to this next installment.
